What is ShareShopShip?

ShareShopShip is a shopping concierge service that helps people around the world buy from US online stores.

We are not a store and do not sell any items. We buy from US stores on your behalf and ship to your doorstep.

When should I use your service?

Our clients use our service to purchase:

1) items that are not available in their country
2) from U.S. online stores that do not ship to their country
3) from U.S. online stores that require a U.S. shipping address
4) from U.S. online stores that only accept U.S. credit cards

How does our services work
It’s very simple! Just tell us what item you would like to buy and we’ll take care of the rest. We’ll source your item from a reputable US online store and ship it to you anywhere in the world.
Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to over 190 countries around the world with the help of our shipping partners, Fedex, DHL and UPS.

Why do we charge a service fee?

Our service fee is what we charge to help you purchase your item from the U.S. and ship it to your doorstep, hassle-free.

The service fee covers the entire purchasing process, including sourcing your item, purchasing your goods, inspecting your goods upon arrival at our facility, packing your items and preparing all necessary shipping and customs documentation.

The product cost and shipping are passed on directly to you without mark-up.

Why does my quote include U.S. sales tax?

In America, sales tax is charged if the U.S. store has a presence in the state in which the customer resides.

We are  based in New York so an 8.875% sales tax may apply to your order.

Because we are purchasing the item on your behalf, the full product cost (including the sales tax) gets passed through to you. It’s similar to if you asked your friend in New York to purchase the item on your behalf. In such an instance, you would be paying them back exactly what the store charged them.

To minimize costs, We will always try to source your item from a U.S. store that does not attract sales tax.

Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes?

This depends on which country you are shipping to and what items you are buying.

To get an estimate of the potential duties and taxes (if any), the Duty Calculator is a great resource.

If you would like a more accurate quote, your local customs authority will be able to assist.

What shipping options are available?

We will set out one or more shipping options from our shipping partners (DHL, Fedex and USPS) in your quote. You should choose the option that suits your preference for price and delivery speed.

When will my order arrive?

The estimated delivery time for your order will be set out in your free quote.

The estimated delivery time will ultimately depend on what store shipping options are available and which international shipping option you choose. It will usually take 2-7 business days for the goods to arrive at our facility from the store. The international delivery time is generally 2-4 business days.

What payment methods are available?

We currently accept wire transfers from U.S. bank accounts and credit card payments (Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover) through PayPal. Please note that standard PayPal transaction fees apply.

Are my Goods Insured

Depending on which shipping option you choose, insurance may be included for loss of goods. If you are interested in purchasing additional insurance, please specify this when you ask us for a quote.
